Modern Slavery and Child Labour Statement 2024/2025 We’re committed to helping to combat modern slavery, servitude, human trafficking, forced labour and child labour. This statement is made pursuant to s.54 of the Modern SlaveryAct 2015 and sets out the steps that Energy Assets have taken and are continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery, forced labour, child labour and human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain. We will continue to identify, assess and mitigate against any potential risk areas to ensure the effectiveness of the systems and controls we have in place to ensure no form of modern slavery, child labour or human trafficking is taking place within the business or our supply chain.
